Why am I seeing wallet auth or signature errors?

Refresh your auth session and make sure the connected wallet matches the action you are taking.

  1. 1Reconnect the wallet you want to use for the trade or seed action.
  2. 2Refresh the page so the wallet session cookie and the current wallet address match.
  3. 3If the issue persists, disconnect all wallets in the extension, reconnect a single wallet, and retry once.

My transaction is confirmed on-chain but still shows pending.

The app tracks final status from the backend. A refresh should recover it unless the backend is unavailable.

  1. 1Open the market again and wait a few seconds for backend reconciliation.
  2. 2If you refreshed during submission, check the Open Transactions state after the page reloads.
  3. 3If the backend banner says unavailable, wait for recovery and do not resubmit the same action immediately.

Why did seed liquidity fail?

Most seed failures are caused by low allowance, insufficient balance, or the market no longer being seedable.

  1. 1Confirm your USDC balance covers the entered amount.
  2. 2Approve the exact market collateral token again if the allowance looks stale.
  3. 3Verify the market is still open and not already settled or cancelled.

Why did my trade fail or revert?

Trade failures usually come from slippage, insufficient collateral, stale quotes, or a closed market.

  1. 1Refresh the market so you trade against the latest quote and liquidity.
  2. 2Reduce the size or widen the slippage tolerance slightly if the market is thin.
  3. 3Confirm the market is still tradable and your wallet has enough collateral plus gas.

Why is a finished market still awaiting settlement?

Autosettlement may be waiting on the final oracle snapshot or retrying a previous failed attempt.

  1. 1Refresh the market status and autosettle badge after a few seconds.
  2. 2If the market has ended but still shows awaiting settlement for a long period, report it so the settlement watchdog can be inspected.
  3. 3Include the market ID and any settlement error shown in the UI when contacting support.

The UI looks stale after approval or after a page refresh.

Wallet extensions and cached market data can lag behind a recent action for a short period.

  1. 1Refresh the page once after the wallet confirms the transaction broadcast.
  2. 2Wait for the backend sync loop to reconcile the latest receipt and events.
  3. 3Avoid opening the same market in multiple tabs while the transaction is still settling.
